We believe that children are a gift from the LORD and an integral part of our Church Family! We incorporate Object Lessons, Sunday School, service projects, etc during our times of worship to embrace and teach our children the truths of God's Word.
Rubies is a group for girls, aged 10-15, to come together, do a fun activity, have a snack, and hear a devotion to learn more about their identity in Christ. We are all precious in His eyes and we want the girls to embrace that identity.
The group usually meets from 6:30-8:30pm on the last Thursday of each month, excluding December and summer months. ON HOLD DUE TO COVID19.

Worship is something we can do individually, but God places special importance on believers worshiping together. To encourage unity in worship, our services are "blended." This means that services include traditional and contemporary music. Our congregation spans a range of ages and musical tastes. Some are in jeans, others in suits. But all are committed to joyfully worshiping Jesus together.
The purpose of worship at our church is not just about the music and about what takes place within the musical aspect of worship. It's about living a life of worship 24/7 - at our jobs, our relationship world, our financial world, the way we spend our time AND the communion of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Romans 12: 1-2 . . ."I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all He has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice - the kind He will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship Him."-
"Do not worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done."
You can participate in Group prayer on Sundays from 9:30am-10:15am. We will pray for our church and for Christians and nations around the world. Prayer is conversational & voluntary; you can pray out loud or silently.
If you have a prayer request, please call Helga at (403) 646-2822 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Our prayer chain will be praying for your requests immediately.
In Habakkuk 1:5, the Lord says . . ."Look around at the nations; look and be amazed! For I am doing something in your own day, something you wouldn't believe even if someone told you about it."
God is always working to extend the message of His salvation to the ends of the earth. Graciously, He has allowed Nanton Church of Christ to participate with Him in this mission. The church has been a solid presence in overseas missions for years.
